Mike Savastio, President / CEO of Groff Tractor Holdings, LLC, has long envisioned opening a Customer Support Center that would transform the customer experience and bolster brand loyalty among our customers.
The new campus represents a major investment by the owners of Groff Tractor and their continued commitment to superior customer service in every aspect of our business. Customer Support Agents will field calls, emails and other inquiries from throughout the Groff Tractor and GT Mid Atlantic territories that span Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey and Delaware.
