Before GT Mid Atlantic heavy equipment repair technicians work on your machines, they must train on the equipment they will service. CASE factory training prepares them to perform excellent repairs for many equipment models. They learn equipment specifications, diagnostic procedures, and repair and maintenance tasks.
After factory training, technicians maintain and advance their skills through annual CASE technical training courses. These classes teach new diagnostic techniques or changes in equipment specifications or maintenance requirements, ensuring our team provides the most up-to-date service and expertise.
